천천히, 조금씩 밖으로 나오거나 알려지게 되는 것. 마치 액체가 한 방울씩 흘러나오는 것처럼.

주로 비공식적으로 사용되며 정보, 사람, 액체 등이 천천히 조금씩 밖으로 나올 때 쓴다. 갑작스럽거나 대량의 경우에는 사용하지 않는다.
