Tradesmen वे लोग होते हैं जिन्होंने कोई विशिष्ट कौशल, जैसे कि पलंबर, इलेक्ट्रिशियन, बढ़ई या बिल्डर, सीखा होता है। ये आमतौर पर किसी विशेष पेशे या कारीगरी में हाथ से काम करते हैं।

यह शब्द परंपरागत है और ब्रिटिश इंग्लिश में ज्यादा आम है; "tradespeople" या "tradespersons" इसके जेंडर-न्यूट्रल विकल्प हैं। सिर्फ कुशल मजदूरों को ही संदर्भित करता है, व्यापारी (trader) से न मिलाएँ। आमतौर पर 'local tradesmen', 'qualified tradesmen', 'hire tradesmen' जैसे संयोजन होते हैं।
