何かを深く考えずにさっと言うこと、急いで適当にやること、または飲み物を一気に飲み干すこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

カジュアルで軽く批判的な響きあり。'toss off a remark'（うっかり発言）や'drink'（一気飲み）などでよく使う。イギリス英語では下品な意味もあるが、日常会話ではほとんど使わない。
