किसी चीज़ में हल्का सा रंग मिला हुआ हो, आमतौर पर काँच या तरल पदार्थ के लिए प्रयोग होता है। यह थोड़ा रंगीन दिखने का भी मतलब हो सकता है।

ज्यादातर 'tinted windows/sunglasses' (ध्रुवित शीशे/धूप के चश्मे) और 'tinted moisturizer' (हल्का रंग वाला मॉइस्चराइज़र) के लिए प्रयुक्त। 'tinted' का अर्थ हल्का रंग ही है, गहरा या चमकीला नहीं। कपड़ों के लिए बहुत कम होता है।
