タイムシェアは、複数の人が毎年決められた期間だけ別荘やリゾート地の不動産を共同で所有または利用する仕組みです。

主に旅行や不動産、法律関係で使います。「タイムシェアの購入」「タイムシェアの売却」「年会費」などの文脈に多いです。物件自体またはその権利を指します。単数・複数どちらも使います。
