비공식적이고 일상적으로 사용됨. 새로운 일이나 프로젝트에 열정적으로 임할 때 자주 씀. 실제 몸을 던지는 것이 아니라 마음과 노력을 뜻함. 'throw yourself into your work'는 일에 몰입함을 의미함.
