トラキア人は、ヨーロッパ南東部の古代地域トラキア出身の人を指します。また、トラキアの言語や文化など、トラキアに関連するものを表す場合もあります。

主に歴史や学問の話題で使われます。「トラキア人」は名詞（人）にも形容詞（〜の）にもなります。日常会話にはほとんど登場しません。
