Destruir completamente ou remover um edifício ou estrutura, frequentemente para construir algo novo. Também pode significar criticar alguém ou algo severamente.

Uso informal e comum, tanto no sentido literal (edifícios) como figurado (crítica rigorosa). Normalmente usado com 'building', 'wall', 'argument', 'old house'. Diferente de 'break down' (avariar ou colapsar emocionalmente).
