誰かについて回りたがる人、特に子供によく使われ、招かれていなくても一緒にいたがる人のこと。

主に子供に使うカジュアルな表現です。大人にも使えることがありますが、少しからかいや否定的なニュアンスを含みます。「little tagalong」「don't be a tagalong」などのフレーズで用いられます。
