Definition

잡지, 서비스, 디지털 콘텐츠 등을 정기적으로 받기 위해 신청하는 것. 드물게 의견이나 이론을 지지한다는 뜻도 있음.

대부분 온라인 콘텐츠에 사용하는 말이며, 'subscribe to a newsletter/YouTube channel'처럼 'to'와 함께 쓴다. 단순히 회원가입(register)이나 팔로우(follow)와 다르다.
