가슴 중앙에 위치한 평평한 뼈인 흉골과 관련되거나 그 근처에 있는 것을 의미함.

의학이나 해부학에서 주로 사용되며, "흉골 통증", "흉골 골절" 같은 표현이 일반적입니다. 일상 대화에서는 거의 사용되지 않습니다.
