Principalmente adjectivo para o céu ('starry night'), mas também pode descrever olhos, sonhos ou algo cintilante. 'Starry-eyed' significa ingénuo ou demasiado idealista. Não se usa 'starry' para pessoas exceto em expressões figurativas.
