Definition
সিঁড়িঘর হল এমন এক ধরনের কাঠামো, যা সাধারণত বিল্ডিংয়ের ভেতরে একতলা থেকে অন্য তলাতে উঠতে বা নামতে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

'সিঁড়িঘর' সাধারণত স্থায়ী এবং ভবনের ভেতরে ব্যবহৃত হয়; 'সিঁড়ি' শব্দটি আরো সাধারণ। 'স্পাইরাল সিঁড়িঘর' এবং 'বৃহৎ সিঁড়িঘর' এর মত বাক্যাংশে ব্যবহৃত।
