Definition

‘Splits’ ‘split’ का बहुवचन है, मतलब कई हिस्सों में बांटना, या वह जिम्नास्टिक मूव जिसमें पैर विपरीत दिशाओं में फैलाए जाते हैं।

‘Splits’ शब्द अक्सर जिम्नास्टिक की पोज़िशन के लिए प्रयोग होता है (‘do the splits’)। अगर कई विभाजन हो रहे हैं तो वहां भी प्रयोग होता है। ‘split up’ रिश्तों के अलग होना दर्शाता है।
