Moverse en movimiento circular (en espiral), o aumentar/disminuir muy rápidamente y fuera de control.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Suele usarse tanto literal ('escaleras en espiral') como figuradamente para situaciones fuera de control ('costos en espiral', 'fuera de control'). No confundir con simplemente 'girando'.
