Definition

비 등에 의해 완전히 젖어, 옷과 피부까지 흠뻑 젖게 된다.

비로 인해 아주 심하게 젖었을 때 쓰는 표현이다. 단순히 조금 젖었을 때에는 쓰지 않는다.

I got soaked to the skin walking home in the rain.
