সিল হল জানালা বা দরজার নিচের দিকের অনুভূমিক অংশ, যেখানে বসে বা কিছু রাখা যায়।

'সিল' শব্দটি সাধারণত জানালার জন্য ব্যবহৃত হয় (যেমন 'window sill'), দরজার ক্ষেত্রে কম। খেয়াল রাখতে হবে seal বা still শব্দের সঙ্গে না মেশানো হয়।
