'সবচেয়ে অসুস্থ' মানে সবচেয়ে বেশি অসুস্থ বা খারাপভাবে অসুস্থ। স্ল্যাং হিসেবে, কোনো কিছু যদি খুবই দারুণ হয়, তাকেও এটা বলা যায়।
