Definition

고기나 야채를 꿰어 굽는 데 사용하는 얇은 금속 또는 나무 꼬치. 시시케밥 같은 요리에 주로 쓰이며, 음식 자체를 가리킬 때도 있다.

한국에서는 '시시케밥'이나 '꼬치구이'로 더 익숙하다. '꼬치'는 꼬치 자체나 꼬치에 꽂힌 음식을 지칭할 수 있다.
