공공장소에서 시끄럽고 무질서하거나 때로는 공격적으로 행동하는 사람들을 말합니다.

주로 경기장이나 술집 등에서 문제를 일으키는 무리를 지칭하며, 단순히 에너지가 넘치는 어린이에게는 사용하지 않습니다.
