Definition

特に目的や計画を持たず、リラックスした気持ちでいろいろな場所を歩き回ること。楽しみや気分転換でよく使われます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に日常会話や文学作品で使われ、「あちこち歩き回る子ども」「犬が家の周りを歩き回る」などによく使われます。「wander」ほど迷っている感じはありません。
