Definition

リガトーニは、外側に溝がある太いチューブ状のパスタです。イタリア料理でよく使われ、特に焼きパスタに使われます。

「リガトーニ」はこの太いパスタにのみ使います。濃厚なソースやグラタンに合います。「ペンネ」や「ズィーティ」とは違うので注意しましょう。
