Colocar o seu nome oficialmente numa lista ou sistema, geralmente para participar, aderir ou ter acesso a um serviço ou organização.

Usualmente usado com a organização ou autoridade ('register with o médico', 'register with a polícia'). Expressão formal. Não se deve usar 'register to' ou 'register at' neste contexto – sempre 'with'.
