किसी चीज़ को शुरुआत से अंत तक पढ़ना, आमतौर पर समझने या सावधानी से जाँचने के लिए।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

आमतौर पर दस्तावेज़, निबंध या निर्देशों की सही जाँच के लिए प्रयोग होता है। यह पूरी और ध्यान से पढ़ने का संकेत देता है। 'skim' (सिर्फ तेजी से पढ़ना) से अलग है। अक्सर 'read through something' के रूप में आता है।
