'Raw deal' es informal y expresa simpatía o crítica hacia un trato injusto. Se usa con 'get' o 'give': 'get a raw deal', 'give someone a raw deal'. No se usa para contratos legales, sino situaciones personales o laborales. Más emocional que 'trato injusto'.
