批准承認 (公式な)

Definition

ある決定や合意、法律を公式に承認・確認すること。多くの場合、投票や正式な手続きを通じて行われます。

法律や外交、政治など公式な場面で使われます。友人間の非公式な合意には使いません。「条約の批准」「憲法の承認」などに多い表現です。

The country's parliament voted for the ratification of the treaty.

国会は条約の**批准**に賛成して投票した。

A new law needs ratification before it goes into effect.

新しい法律は施行前に**批准**が必要です。
