কার্যকর সিদ্ধান্ত, চুক্তি বা আইনকে অফিসিয়ালভাবে অনুমোদন করার প্রক্রিয়া বা ব্যবস্থা।

এটি শুধুমাত্র অফিসিয়াল ও আইনগত ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহার হয়। সাধারণ বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্মতি বা ব্যক্তিগত মতের জন্য নয়। যেমন 'চুক্তির অনুমোদন', 'সংবিধান অনুমোদন'।
