Ragging é fazer brincadeiras pesadas ou zombarias, geralmente com novos estudantes nas universidades. Também pode significar trotes ou humilhação.

Informal e mais comum no inglês britânico e indiano para trotes universitários ou zombaria pesada. No inglês americano, geralmente se usa 'hazing'. Pode indicar tanto brincadeira quanto abuso.
