無線通信士とは、主に軍隊や船舶、緊急サービスで無線機器を操作し、メッセージの送受信を担当する人です。

「無線通信士」は昔の表現で、主に軍隊や航海関係で使われます。最近は「無線オペレーター」など性別を問わない表現も使われます。
