Definition

パングとは、低くて平らな底を持つ箱型のそりで、かつてニューイングランド地方で人や荷物を雪の上に運ぶために使われていました。

「パング」は現在の日常会話ではほとんど使われず、主にニューイングランドの歴史や伝統について語る際に登場します。“トボガン”や“カッター”とは異なるそりです。
