أن تستخدم نفوذك أو علاقاتك الشخصية سرًا لتحقيق شيء ما، غالبًا لمنفعتك أو لمساعدة شخص آخر.

تعبير غير رسمي وغالبًا سلبي؛ يُستخدم عندما يحصل شخص على خدمة أو وظيفة عبر علاقات خاصة، أي دون اتباع الطرق التقليدية. لا يُقصد به المعنى الحرفي.
