'Puff' 多用于短暂、小量的气体或烟雾，如 'a puff of wind'（一阵微风）、'take a puff'（吸一口烟）。也可形容表面鼓起或松软的物体。例如化妆用的粉扑也叫 puff。通常不用来形容强风。
