Bir anlaşmaya veya ifadeye eklenen ve belirli bir koşulun gerçekleşmesini gerektiren resmi şart veya koşul.
Usage Notes (Turkish)
Daha çok resmi, hukukî ya da akademik ortamlarda kullanılır. Günlük konuşmada nadiren görülür. 'with the proviso that...' ifadesiyle birlikte kullanılır.
