飛行機は空を飛んで人や物を運ぶ乗り物です。「planes」は「飛行機」の複数形です。

アメリカ英語では「airplane」、イギリス英語では「aeroplane」もよく使われます。「planes」は旅行や空港の話題でよく出ます。「plans」（計画）と発音が似ているので注意。
