Definition
পিমেন্টো একটি ছোট, লাল, হৃদয়াকৃতি মিষ্টি মরিচ, যা সাধারণত জলপাইয়ের ভিতরে বা খাবারে স্বাদ বাড়াতে ব্যবহার করা হয়।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
"পিমেন্টো" সাধারণত ঝাল মরিচ নয়, বরং মিষ্টি, লাল মরিচ বোঝায়। রেসিপিতে কখনো "pimiento" লেখা থাকতেও দেখা যায়। জলপাইয়ের মধ্যে ব্যবহৃত লাল অংশও এটি।
