物を固定したり留めたりするための小さな道具。洗濯物を挟むクリップや、テントを地面に固定するペグ、楽器の弦を調節する部品などを指します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「clothes pegs」は洗濯ばさみ、「tent pegs」はテント用のペグです。楽器の糸巻きも「ペグ」といいます。動詞としての'peg'とは混同しないでください。
