নিজের কাছ থেকে কোনো কিছু (বস্তু, বার্তা, বা দায়িত্ব) অন্য কারো হাতে দেওয়া বা পৌঁছে দেওয়া।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

ক্রীড়ায় 'pass the ball to John' বলতে 'বলটি জনকে দাও' বোঝায়। দৈনন্দিন জীবনে 'pass to the next person' মানে পরবর্তী ব্যক্তিকে দাও। 'pass out' (বিতরণ/মূর্ছা) ও 'pass away' (মারা যাওয়া)-এর সঙ্গে বিভ্রান্ত করবেন না।
