動悸

Definition

心臓の鼓動が通常より速かったり強かったり、不規則になったりして、自分の心拍を強く感じること。

主に医療やフォーマルな場面で使われます。「palpitations」は一時的に心臓の動きを強く感じる場合に使い、慢性的な不整脈やパニック発作とは区別されます。「have」や「experience」とよく使われます。

I sometimes get palpitations when I am nervous.
