不安や考え事をしているときに、狭い場所を行ったり来たりしながら歩くこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

緊張や落ち着かない気持ちを表現するときよく使う。普通の散歩や運動には使わない。例：'部屋をうろうろ歩く'。
