কারো বা কোনো প্রাণীর চাহিদার তুলনায় বেশি বা অস্বাস্থ্যকর পরিমাণে খাবার দেওয়া।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

শিশু, পোষা প্রাণী বা পশুর ক্ষেত্রে 'অতিরিক্ত খাওয়ানো' শব্দটি বেশি ব্যবহৃত হয়। এতে ক্ষতির ইঙ্গিত থাকে। 'overfeeding a baby' বা 'overfeeding pets' এর মতো কথা প্রচলিত। গাছের জন্য ব্যবহার হয় না।
