人が「裁判にかけられている」とは法廷で正式に審理を受けていることです。また、「試用中」は物や人が一時的に試されていることを意味します。

裁判の場面では「裁判にかけられている」、商品や仕事の試用なら「試用中」と使います。日常のちょっとしたテストには使いません。
