Definition

কোনো ঘটনা, দুর্ঘটনা বা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ঘটনার স্থানে কোনো ব্যক্তি উপস্থিত থাকলে বা নতুনভাবে কোনো দল বা কাজে যুক্ত হলে তাকে বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'on the scene' সংবাদ প্রতিবেদনে প্রচলিত ('পুলিশ মাঠে উপস্থিত'), আবার নতুন কাউকে বোঝাতেও ('নতুন ব্যান্ড মাঠে এসেছে')। 'in the scene' বা 'at the scene' ভিন্ন অর্থ বোঝায়।
