Definition
Cuando ya no se sigue el camino correcto, un plan, o un tema; puede significar estar distraído, fuera de tema, o fuera de rumbo tanto física como mentalmente.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Suele ser informal y se usa principalmente para indicar que alguien se ha desviado del tema o del plan, especialmente en conversaciones ('off the track' = fuera de tema). También puede usarse literalmente para alguien que sale de una pista o camino.
