어떤 일이 전혀 사실이 아니거나 절대 가능하지 않음을 강하게 강조할 때 사용한다.

완전히 부정하거나 오해를 바로잡을 때 많이 쓰며, 공식적 또는 강조된 상황에 적합하다. 'not at all', 'by no means'와 비슷하게 사용됨.
