Definition
「マグル」とは、ハリー・ポッターの世界で魔法が使えない普通の人のことです。特定の分野やグループに入っていない人を指す場合もあります。

カジュアルでおどけた雰囲気で使われます。技術系など特定分野に疎い人への冗談にも使います（例：「ITマグル」）。失礼にはならない表現です。
