Definition
誰かが落ち込んでうろうろする時は、がっかりしたり、悲しい気持ちで元気がなく動いたり静かに座っている様子です。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に子供や若者に使われ、日常会話向け。'mope around'は家で元気なく過ごすこと。深い悲しみやうつには使わない。
