특별한 목적 없이 (주로 여러 명이서) 한 장소를 어슬렁거리며 돌아다니는 것. 천천히, 방향 없이 움직이는 상황에서 씀.

비격식적 표현이고, 주로 여러 명(군중)이 방향이나 목적 없이 천천히 움직일 때 사용. 빠르거나 목표가 뚜렷한 이동에는 쓰지 않음.
