フランス語で使われるとても丁寧な『女性の皆様』という意味の言葉です。複数の女性への敬称。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

とてもフォーマルで、公式な場や招待状、発表でよく『messieurs（男性の皆様）』とセットになります。普段会話では使いません。
