男性は、精子を作る性別の人や動物を指します。主に生物学や公的書類、日常でも使われます。

医学や公式な書類では”male”は中立的な表現です。人に話す時は「男の人」「男の子」が自然です。動物には「雄（おす）」がよく使われます。
