سرقة شيء والهروب بسرعة لتجنّب القبض عليه.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

تعبير عامي يُستخدم غالباً في أخبار الجرائم. يستعمل فقط عند سرقة شيء والهروب به، ولا يستخدم في نقل أو استعارة الأشياء بشكل قانوني. غالباً يأتي بعده الشيء المسروق ('make off with the money'). لا تخلطه مع 'take off with'.
